Popularized by Carlos Moreno’s 2020 TED Talk, the “15-Minute City” is a recent trend in urban planning focused on creating vibrant districts where essential human needs are within reach by foot or bike. This concept holds great potential as cities worldwide struggle to balance the challenges of decarbonization, climate adaptation, shifting demographics, and a shortage of affordable housing – all exasperated by the global pandemic.

Hosted by Craig Applegath, DIALOG Partner, architect, urban designer, Twenty First Century Imperative podcast host, and pioneer in the planning and design of regenerative symbiotic cities, the Summit will provide an inclusive lens for a wide range of leaders to engage with the hurdles that come with this development.
