Another year as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People!

We’re excited to continue another year as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People — a designation recognizing employers that offer the nation’s best workplaces and programs for young people just starting their careers.

From high school students to seasoned professionals, we offer a number of programs to connect, educate, and inspire our future leaders.

This year, the Top Employers Selection Committee was especially impressed by our Design Residency initiative (which funds a three-day workshop for one cohort of post-secondary students during reading week) and our Build DIALOG leadership program (designed to develop leadership skills through a 12-16 month coaching program).

Being a Top Employer for Young People isn’t only about the programs. We offer some incredible benefits and an awesome workplace culture, too.

From ping-pong tables to beer taps, to monthly (if not weekly) socials — there are many opportunities for DIALOGers to kick back with their coworkers and unwind.

Prefer to work away from a desk? Our studios offer flexible work spaces including focus rooms, touchdown tables, hoteling stations, lounges, living rooms, and open collaboration spaces.

We also have end-of-trip facilities for bike commuters in each of our studios, which include personal showers, change rooms, and on-site bike storage.
