As an influential leader in the sustainability practice area, Charles has a strong ability to take complex ideas and translate them into coordinated, cohesive solutions. Throughout his career at DIALOG, he has led the sustainable  design of some of the practice’s biggest projects including Royal Alberta Museum, Arthur Meighan Building Rehabilitation and Bill Fisch Forest Stewardship and Education Centre. He is passionate about maintaining the highest standards for technical excellence and high-performance thinking.

Charles takes a holistic view of sustainability including health of people, communities as a whole and the environment. He believes sustainability means creating communities and spaces that increase equity and are assets for all.
