We all have a role to play in creating a fair and equal society, and all of us have a choice to challenge inequality and gender bias.

We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements and collectively, we can all help to create an inclusive world by raising our voices, taking a stand and showing our support and solidarity for equality.

From challenge comes change, and we’ve chosen to challenge. We put the call out to DIALOGers, asking what #ChooseToChallenge means to them. 

Whether it’s talking about a challenge they’ve overcome in the workplace, a change they’ve implemented, or a choice made in project work to be more inclusive of women, we asked them to share their stories. A few responses are shared here.
