DIALOG is pleased to welcome Lisa Bottom, NCIDQ, IIDA, as our new U.S. Interior Design Lead.

An accomplished, award-winning industrial and commercial interior designer, Lisa brings more than four decades of experience designing interior spaces for a variety of sectors and use types, including corporate offices, educational facilities, government buildings, and more. Recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Times, Lisa is a familiar figure in the San Francisco Bay Area’s design industry.

Lisa has been a top-level Principal and leader with well-known global design practices, spending a large chapter of her career with Gensler. Her experience to-date has included leading the interior design of major new and renovated facilities for high-profile technology clients such as Nokia, Oracle, Microsoft, Accenture and Airbnb, and for professional service firms including Deloitte and Davis Wright Tremaine.

Known for her commitment to service excellence and community involvement, Lisa has also been an active leader with charitable organizations such as the Global Fund for Women and the Embarcadero YMCA, and has served as the President of IIDA, Northern California Chapter. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Industrial Design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.

Lisa will remain based in her current home of San Francisco, working from DIALOG’s Bay Area office alongside our growing U.S. team. She will also collaborate with our interior design team across our other five studio locations.
