DIALOG Adds Two New Leaders to Partnership

DIALOG welcomes two new partners to the practice leadership.  

Structural engineer Yury Kulikov – named from within DIALOG – and Jan Kroman, former principal at RPK Architects who joined through the merger, join the partnership as partners, bringing their extensive experience in driving impactful change within the practice and the wider community.  

DIALOG’s partnership is thoughtfully curated to represent a diverse and accomplished group of design leaders. Each partner exemplifies our core values – exceptional leadership, deep technical knowledge, a passion for meaningful design, a commitment to enhancing communities and wellbeing, and a strong alignment with our mission. 

With their varied backgrounds and distinct areas of expertise, our new partners will be instrumental in delivering exceptional work and shaping the future growth of our practice.

Yury Kulikov plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services and driving the future growth of our practice. Kulikov joined DIALOG’s structural engineering team in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience working on residential, cultural, and sports and recreational projects. Known for his ability to conceptualize structural systems early in the design process, he delivers design solutions that are expressive, efficient, and sustainable. 

As part of the merger between DIALOG and RPK Architects, Jan Kroman joins DIALOG as partner and architect, effective August 1, 2025. Kroman brings a wealth of design expertise, focusing on the intersection of art, urbanity, and architecture to integrate high-level design into projects that prioritize community health. His experience spans both international and local design contexts, having worked in Holland, Japan, Toronto, and Calgary.
