DIALOG Adds Two New Partners

April 1, 2026

DIALOG welcomes two new partners to the practice leadership.

Structural engineer Sandra Renihan and electrical engineer Aaron Suppin, both named from within DIALOG, bring their extensive experience in driving impactful change within the practice and the wider community.

DIALOG’s partnership is thoughtfully assembled to represent a diverse and accomplished group of design leaders. Each partner exemplifies our core values – exceptional leadership, deep technical knowledge, a passion for meaningful design, a commitment to enhancing communities and wellbeing, and a strong alignment with our mission.

Our newest Partners will be instrumental in delivering exceptional work and shaping the future growth of our practice.

We are excited to have these two outstanding individuals join the practice leadership!

Learn more about our newest Partners:

Sandra Renihan started with DIALOG as a structural engineer before pivoting to pursue her passion for transit design. Now, she explores the potential of transit to reshape cities, connect communities, and revitalize businesses. Sandra specializes in managing the architectural and engineering design of structures, stops, stations, and facilities on projects like the Valley Line West LRT in Edmonton. She works from a Sustainable Urban Integration lens, approaching a project by the way it looks, feels, and integrates into the urban fabric of its community. Sandra serves on the Board of Directors for the Friends of WISEST Society, which she helped to found in 2017 to raise funds for Women in Scholarship, Engineering, Science and Technology (WISEST).

Aaron Suppin brings extensive experience in all facets of electrical design. With a passion for lighting design, his work displays how lighting can add interest to a building and make even the most unadorned spaces stand out. Aaron has had a hand in designing everything from car dealerships to the Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre. If there is lighting involved, Aaron is interested in making it look and feel amazing. He is LEED® Accredited, a member of APEGA, and an active member of the Alberta Chapter of the Illuminating Engineering Society since 2012.
