This is an ongoing journey and commitment to deepening our impact as a purpose-driven design practice.

B Corp certification is a rigorous process that evaluates a company’s practices and outputs across five categories: governance, workers, community, the environment, and customers.

As a B Corp, we strive for the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility, accountability, and transparency. We are dedicated to improving the wellbeing of our communities and the environment. Evidence of our commitment to B Corp can already be found in our work, including our Community Wellbeing Framework, AIA 2030 commitment, Carbon Accounting Initiative, DEI efforts, career development programs, and robust ethics and anti-corruption practices.

Being one of fewer than 10 Practices in the Architecture, Design, and Planning industry certified as a B Corp in Canada (as of 2023) is a significant achievement. Still, we believe it’s a stepping stone in our path forward.
