DIALOG Receives Canada’s Top 100 Employers Recognition

February 6, 2025

DIALOG has been recognized by Canada’s Top 100 Employers!

Championing an inclusive work culture and an unwavering commitment to supporting our people across our studios, we are proud to have won Alberta’s Top Employers for 2025.

Alberta’s Top Employers, presented by Canada’s Top 100 Employers, highlights the top 85 workplaces in the province. They evaluate employers based on factors such as work environment, benefits, training opportunities, and community involvement.

In 2017, DIALOG was recognized as one of B.C.’s Top Employers, followed by Alberta’s Top Employers in 2019. We also received accolades as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People in both 2019 and 2020.

At DIALOG, we strive to build and nurture welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant spaces not only in our communities, but also in our workplace. This includes extensive career development opportunities through coaching and mentorship, tailored learning opportunities, internal scholarships, and access to health and mental health coverage. DIALOG also prioritizes connecting with our communities not only through the work we do, but through social events and volunteer initiatives.

We are honoured to have won this achievement, which recognizes the collective efforts across all studios in our practice.

“We have the best employees – people who are innovative, creative, who push the envelope, and who are purpose-driven,” Antonio Gómez-Palacio, DIALOG Chair, expresses. “We are excited to know that the work our people do is recognized, because what they do matters.”

As we celebrate this recognition, we would like to extend our gratitude to our team for their dedication to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming workplace that also reflects in the work we do in our communities and the environment.
