Each year, the most influential female-identified leaders in the Toronto real estate development, land use, and city-building sector are chosen as the Toronto Urban Land Institute (ULI) Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Championship Team – demonstrating ongoing leadership and skills within the industry.
We are proud to announce DIALOG’s Dorsa Jalalian, Senior Urban Designer, was selected as a member of the WLI 2023 Championship Team. The WLI Champions represent a group of outstanding individuals, celebrating women’s leadership in building a stronger Toronto Region through the responsible use of land. The inductees reflect the strength of Toronto’s development industry and support a healthier, more prosperous, equitable region.
Dorsa, along with other industry-leaders, were formally honoured yesterday evening, June 20, at WLI’s celebration event, held at Toronto’s Stackt Market.
Selected Championship members must display exceptional dedication and success in building thriving communities across the Toronto region, have the capacity to inspire others in the industry, and show a commitment to their community through leadership in community organizations.
Dorsa continues to put people at the heart of all designs, inspired by the opportunity to create flourishing communities. Her dedication to cultivating inclusive environments that contribute to public health, environmental sustainability, and economic vitality speak to her commitment in creating welcoming, urban spaces.
Congratulations to Dorsa and all 2023 Championship Team inductees!
