DIALOG’s Mona Lemoine Appointed as RAIC’s Regional Director of British Columbia and Yukon

We’re delighted to announce that DIALOG’s Mona Lemoine, Associate and Senior Sustainability Consultant, has been appointed as the new Regional Director for British Columbia and Yukon on the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) Board of Directors for 2024.

The RAIC is committed to showcasing how design enhances the quality of life while advocating for important societal issues through responsible architecture. Dedicated to empowering Canada’s built environment, the organization provides the architectural community with the tools, resources, and education to elevate their practice. The RAIC Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer representatives elected from each region of Canada and an Executive Committee.

Mona is the Chair of the RAIC Committee on Regenerative Environments (CORE) and Co-Chair of the RAIC Climate Action Plan (CAP) Steering Committee. She brings extensive knowledge and leadership experience from serving on various professional committees including the Canada Green Building Council (CAGBC), U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), and the City of Vancouver. Mona is dedicated to weaving resilience, equity, health, and biodiversity considerations into projects while addressing lowering carbon emissions through material performance, circular economy, and regenerative design and development. Her work focuses on developing goals and strategies that achieve the best outcomes for projects and address the urgency of climate change.
