Seize Today, Shape Tomorrow: Collaborative Intelligence in Engagement and Facilitation

In this session, Khatereh explores collaborative intelligence, highlighting the synergy between human (HI) and artificial intelligence (AI) for enhanced facilitation and outcomes. It addresses AI’s impact on democratic urbanism engagement, emphasizing three pivotal ‘I’s: Integration, Insights, and Inclusivity. Real-life examples underscore the need to adapt to “new norms” by leveraging AI while understanding its limitations.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the transformative potential of Collaborative Intelligence in enhancing engagement and facilitation practices
  • Explore the responsible and ethical use of AI tools to promote inclusivity, accessibility, and diversity in engagement processes
  • Learn how to leverage AI capabilities to optimize engagement materials, and facilitation techniques, and foster a more inclusive and accommodating environment for participants.
