DIALOG is excited to share that HSBC Place has achieved WELL Core Certification at the Gold Level under WELL v1.

HSBC Place has set a new benchmark for commercial office space in Edmonton. The building promotes health and well-being of the tenants along with sustainable building systems that are good for the environment too.

WELL focuses on 7 well-being concepts: Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Fitness, Comfort, and Mind to put tenant health, happiness, and well-being as a top priority in how the building is designed and operated.

HSBC Place was redesigned from the inside out to be a prominent, distinctive AA class office tower in Downtown Edmonton. It was stripped down to its structure to have new building systems integrated with a high-performance envelope, and the podium and streetscape were transformed to better engage with the lively downtown corner. Sixteen storeys of commercial office space sit atop a refreshed and inviting 2-storey podium. In addition to achieving WELL Core Gold under WELL v1, the building has achieved BOMA BEST Platinum and is certified WIRESCORE Platinum – the first in Edmonton. HSBC Place is targeting LEED® Gold v4.
