Mpact Transit & Community 2024: A Call for Speakers

DIALOG is thrilled to be a partner of Mpact Transit & Community 2024, an annual conference focused on building livable communities through transit and mobility, taking place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from October 20 to 23, 2024.

As Mpact gears up for another exciting event, they are now opening their call for speakers! If you’re interested in influencing the conference program and shaping the future of transit-oriented communities, we invite you to submit your proposal here.

Submit your proposal by end of day Friday, March 29, 2024.

Mpact is looking for solutions to big questions many communities face today. Share how you are solving the following six questions in your community:

  1. How are you solving funding gaps?
  2. How are you solving for quality-of-life issues?
  3. How are you solving for access and mobility?
  4. How are you building a knowledge and action base?
  5. How are you building complete communities?
  6. And do you have a burning issue or critique for the 2024 Mpact PK Slam (powered by PechaKucha™)?

As a Practice that specializes in transit and a proud partner of Mpact, DIALOG is committed to collaborating with communities to shape transit, mobility, and development investments, creating more vibrant, livable places. Georg Josi, DIALOG partner and structural engineer, and Larissa Ulcar, DIALOG associate and structural engineer, are members of the Mpact National Steering Committee alongside 40 industry professionals from across the United States and Canada who are dedicated to planning the annual transit-oriented conference and organizing core topics and workshop programs.

A network of practitioners, leaders, and advocates from communities across the United States and Canada share best practices, real-world solutions, and innovative approaches to the challenges that face cities and regions of every size.
