Looking to the future: DIALOG’s new governance model

February 4, 2021

DIALOG is restructuring our practice to become more equitable, resilient and resourceful.

DIALOG is a Partner-led practice, united by our commitment to improve the wellbeing of our communities and the environment we all share. Our incredible collection of talent and experience is our Partnership’s greatest strength. Together, we have an unwavering focus on bringing the right people to each project to drive its success.

To continue to do this effectively, we’ve reorganized the leadership structure within our Partnership to better govern our business and meet the evolving needs of our clients.

DIALOG’s new leadership team has been selected for exemplary success and commitment to design innovation. Today, we are sharing the newly appointed leaders within our practice and how they will contribute.

Collaborative leadership is what sets DIALOG apart. Our new model enables us to champion new perspectives and organize our resources more effectively to deliver exceptional client results.
