Pushing the Limits of Mass Timber: EllisDon & DIALOG Hybrid Timber Floor System

Discover the collaboration between EllisDon and DIALOG as they unveil their composite concrete timber floor panel system. By combining cross-laminated timber (CLT) with post-tensioned concrete beams, this system sets a new standard in the industry. With an impressive 40-foot span and a low-profile design, it surpasses traditional CLT systems.
