The Parks Development
The Parks Development will showcase a unique residential mixed-use complex. The project will feature two slim high-rise residential towers with small floor plates and a chambered façade above a partial two-story podium with a 13-storey mid-rise ‘link’ building connecting the towers.
A 35-storey apartment rental tower will face Capital Boulevard and a 45-storey apartment rental tower will face Jasper Avenue. A pedestrian-oriented walkway will link The Parks to the future Warehouse Campus Neighbourhood Central Park.
After the tour, there will be appetizers and cocktails at The Parlour.
