Nestled in the heart of the Bahamas, the project is a captivating blend of the golden era of travel and the vibrant spirit of the ’60s, redefining hospitality through inclusivity and contemporary design. Launched in February 2023, this transformative project challenges conventional notions of exclusivity, turning the resort into a residential haven where patrons and guests can immerse themselves in an unparalleled experience.
As one steps into the Resort, their journey begins with a lobby that transcends the ordinary. The purposeful atrium, offering a captivating water view, sets the tone for an experience designed to feel like home. Drawing inspiration from the charm of a 60s Hollywood atmosphere, the lobby and sitting area seamlessly emulate the elegance and intimacy of a sophisticated living room.

The lobby sets the tone for the experience with a purposeful atrium offering a gorgeous view of the water and a natural Bahamian atmosphere.
Stone, sand-colored travertine flooring, and rounded carpets connect visually with the natural elements of the Bahamas.
Custom-designed furniture, influenced by nature, blurs the lines between indoors and outdoors, creating a contemporary twist on colonial aesthetics.
Local artists contribute to the resort’s cultural tapestry, with their work exhibited throughout the space.
A Grab & Go store is made available for all guests and residences to grab a quick, tasty treat.
