Whose work are you most impressed by? Why?
Our urbanist team. Their ability to collaborate across disciplines, support each other through tight deadlines, and keep the energy fun and positive. They bring a thoughtful, people-centered lens to every discussion, and I love working alongside them.
What is your favourite DIALOG initiative? Why?
I really enjoy the Iris Prize event. It brings fresh ideas into our studios and fosters creativity, curiosity, and out-of-the-box thinking.
Where do you find inspiration?
Travel. I’m always watching how people move, gather, celebrate, rest, and claim space. Seeing how different cultures design and use public space always sparks new ideas.
What do you do to get out of a creative rut?
I step away, ask for my team’s opinion, or spark random conversations that might relate back to the subject. Sometimes I ask my ten-year-old son what he thinks. Kids see the world in the most refreshing way.
