What’s your favourite DIALOG project?
The Calgary Public Library stands out as my favourite DIALOG project because it successfully serves a wide range of demographics, creating an inclusive and vibrant third space for gathering and learning.
How does your work inform your personal philosophy and vice versa?
I strive to approach my work and my life with a beginner’s mind—embracing the idea of being open to all possibilities and not constrained by a few limited choices. While it isn’t always easy to stick to, it is a mindset that I believe has served me well.
What’s your favourite way to give back to the community?
I’m particularly proud of my volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, I cherish opportunities to support and uplift equity-deserving groups within the design community.
