What’s an emerging design technology or trend that has you excited?
I’m excited by how AI is being integrated into design workflows to streamline processes, improve coordination, and free up teams to focus on higher value thinking and problem solving. As a self-described process nerd, I love tools that make teams more efficient while improving consistency and quality.
How does your work inform your personal philosophy and vice versa?
Seeing the impact of mentorship and representation in my own career has shaped my philosophy that leadership comes with a responsibility to create space for others to grow. That belief carries into my work, where collaboration, inclusion, and developing people are just as important as delivering great projects.
What’s your happy place?
Camping in the mountains with no cell service and a good book – fully unplugged and surrounded by nature.
