What’s your favourite DIALOG initiative? Why?
I love seeing the Design Residency presentations – it’s amazing and inspiring how quickly students from different backgrounds come together with such creative ideas.
How do you hope your work positively impacts our communities and environment?
With sustainability at the forefront, I can’t help but think of the future world for my kids and hope that we can help reduce environmental impacts and provide beautiful spaces for them to enjoy.
What’s your favourite way to give back to the community?
I’ve spent the past few years volunteering as a leader with my daughter’s Girl Guide groups. It’s a fantastic, accessible program, and the role gives you a lot of room to shape the experience. Hearing the perspectives of 7- and 8-year-olds on the world around them is enlightening and genuinely entertaining.
"From designing systems for new buildings to solving retrofit challenges or handling construction curveballs, the blend of problem-solving and creativity keeps me on my toes—and constantly learning."
