What’s your favorite DIALOG project?

Calgary’s New Central Library. It’s a stunning building that evokes so many of DIALOG’s principles: an accessible place for learning, connection and fostering community, while exemplifying design excellence, beauty, sustainability.

If you could work a ‘day-in-the-life’ of another discipline/department at DIALOG, whose would it be?

DIALOG structural engineers. The innovation and ingenuity these teams strive for to execute the breadth and beauty of DIALOG’s ideas is often humbly in the background. From the use of alternate materials to reduce embodied carbon to manipulating structural members to achieve a design aesthetic, all while bound by fundamental physical laws, is inspiring.
