Whose work are you most impressed by?
Our students. Seeing their passion for design and excitement to be part of DIALOG is truly inspiring!
Where do you find inspiration?
Being outdoors—whether walking or biking along a trail or through a park—allows me to connect with nature and people in a deeply personal way. It’s a unique opportunity to experience and learn about our communities and the natural world around us.
How does your work inform your personal philosophy and vice versa?
We often spend more time with our colleagues than with our families, so fostering a culture of compassion at work is essential for helping everyone thrive and very important to me. My focus is on creating a work environment where DIALOGers feel comfortable being their authentic selves, can do their best work, and have some fun along the way.
"I find great fulfillment in having the opportunity to help my colleagues focus on the work they are truly passionate about. I’m happiest when I can facilitate meaningful connections, spark new ideas, and remove obstacles that help others be at their best."
