Neil has over 15 years of project experience from low-rise residential to complex mixed-use high-rise developments. His professional experience enables him to approach projects with forethought, organization, and detailed understanding of design and complex construction. Neil’s passion for architecture and project management has led him to pursue both an OAA and PMP accreditation.
As a registered Architect in Ontario and a keen collaborator, he is passionate about developing design while balancing the technical requirements and constructability challenges to ensure successful project delivery to completion. He is happiest in environments where he is able to use design and organization to find creative solutions to problems. Since joining our team, he has led significant residential and mixed-use projects including Park Place Block 1, 2323 Yonge St, and 6080 Yonge St Condos.
What is your favorite DIALOG initiative?
My favorite initiatives of DIALOG are the open forums on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity. It is important to me that in my workplace, people from all walks of life are acknowledged, heard, and given a platform to share our experiences.
What’s one thing about you that would surprise people?
I’m a philatelist, origami enthusiast, and opera fanatic.
What’s one item you won’t leave home without?
A bottle of hand sanitizer. Prevention is better than cure.
What’s one ‘Pro Tip’ you live by?
It’s a tip about writing, but really applies to a lot of things in life: Strong verbs, short sentences.
