How do you hope your work positively impacts our communities and environment?

I hope my work creates workplaces where people actually want to show up—spaces that boost productivity, encourage wellness, spark social interaction, and maybe even make Monday mornings less painful. And if we can do all that while being sustainable, even better—because happy, healthy employees shouldn’t come at the cost of an unhappy planet!

How does your work inform your personal philosophy and vice versa?

My personal philosophy centers on resilience, empathy, and continuous learning. These values guide my work, where I strive to create designs that are thoughtful and inclusive, addressing both aesthetic and practical needs. At the same time, my work challenges me to approach problems with a fresh perspective, reminding me to stay adaptable. This relationship between my work and philosophy ensures both personal growth and professional excellence.

What’s your favourite way to give back to the community?

Addressing mental health through engaging art workshops. I believe creativity is a powerful tool for self-expression and healing, and it’s deeply fulfilling to create spaces where people can connect, unwind, and find inspiration.

I’m also passionate about mentoring young team members, helping them navigate their careers, and sharing the lessons I’ve learned along the way. Guiding others and fostering their growth allows me to contribute to a stronger, more supportive community.

"Design should inspire connection, enhance wellbeing, and prioritize sustainability to uplift both people and communities."
