Tracy Lee Partner, Architect BES | MArch | OAA | LEED® AP Toronto

Tracy is an accomplished Architect with over 19 years of industry experience. Her passion for healthcare design goes beyond functional spaces; she believes that healthcare facilities can be truly beautiful civic spaces that serve the community. Tracy’s approach to design emphasizes flow, high-quality space, and attention to detail. She approaches healthcare facilities as places where life-changing moments occur and designs to elevate healthcare environments with care and consideration.

As a healthcare planner, Tracy employs a compassionate and interactive user engagement style. She brings together diverse user groups from doctors and nurses, to hospital custodians and community members, allowing diverse voices to feel heard and understood. Her ability to foster open and efficient communication helps in grasping goals and challenges in complex scenarios, essential for projects like Toronto Western Hospital, Dartmouth General Hospital, Markdale Hospital, and Grande Prairie Regional Hospital.

Do you have a passion project outside of work?
I live in a forested area with my family. We are constantly trying to grow vegetables and fruit with almost no success! We have had better luck with maple syrup and beekeeping.

I love working with passionate, brilliant people.
