Naresh is the head of our Toronto studio’s electrical engineering team, who joined DIALOG after leading a successful consulting firm for over a decade. Passionate about sustainability and integrated design, he provides leadership to electrical engineers across our studio network and promotes opportunities for all disciplines to play a meaningful role in projects.  A tech-savvy principal, Naresh believes in the power of technology to solve many of the world’s complex issues. He applies that power to innovate solutions regardless of how big or small the hurdle.

With the constant aim of enhancing community wellbeing and sustainable design, Naresh works with his colleagues to integrate smart building system solutions and optimize the performance of our projects from both environmental and social standpoints. With this new technological approach, Naresh’s buildings are energy efficient, support the health and wellbeing of the occupants, and use real-time reporting/monitoring to help facility management.
