Matthew specializes in airport and aviation design. He has been involved in projects across western Canada, including Calgary International Airport’s International Facilities Project. He has also brought his expertise in aviation design to airports in Australia and New Zealand.
Matthew is an experienced architect with a passion for project design. His 15-plus year career spans all facets of project work, from master planning to detail drawing and contract administration. Matthew understands how design can create a space that is intuitive, welcoming, and social. This philosophy is reflected in projects such as the University of Calgary’s MacKimmie Complex, the Glenbow Museum renovation in Calgary, and Fort Calgary’s Interpretive Centre expansion.
Matthew has provided design leadership as a project architect on several large, complex projects including the YWG East Cargo Facilities Project, the YWG Phased Terminal Expansion and Parking Facilities Expansion, and the International Facilities Project at the Calgary International Airport.
