
Neal is a passionate designer, urbanist, and intern architect working at the intersection of culture, sustainability, and innovation. He is dedicated to creating architecture that contributes positively to communities at an organizational, civic, and global scale. Neal’s broad experience focuses on school design, particularly in K-12 education and post-secondary, healthcare, museum, and institutional projects. He was an integral design team member for Rundle College K-6 School in southwest Calgary and the Jack James High School Modernization project with the Calgary Board of Education. Neal’s international experience includes a work-term with Attika Architekten in Amsterdam, where he focused on urban planning at various scales across the Netherlands. He has also studied in Barcelona, exploring sensitive urban revitalization in a historically poor inner-city neighbourhood.
