This project consists of a 65 storey / 702 ft tower encompassing 873,193 sq ft of luxury in downtown Toronto. Levels 1 through 17 consist of a 220-room five-star Shangri-La Hotel, spa, business centre, restaurants, and retail. Levels 18 to 38 house 279 urban residences, and Levels 49 to 65 embody 73 opulent estates. There are eight levels of underground parking. No supplemental damping was required on this project, as the lateral core system was carefully designed to respond to architectural and structural requirements.
