He consistently goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding projects while elevating the technical expertise of our teams across studios. Through his leadership and dedication, Graeme strengthens DIALOG’s competitive position and contributes to our culture of excellence.
Graeme has served as a design engineer on a wide range of bridge projects—spanning multiple scales and typologies including roadway, light rail, pedestrian, and wildlife structures. He was also a key contributor to the design of prominent urban parks such as Rainbow Park in Vancouver and kinistinâw Park in Edmonton. In addition to his bridge experience, his early career experience as a fabricator’s steel connection designer provides him with valuable insights into structural constructability, fabrication, transportation, and erection economics and best practices.
As a key member of both the bridges and infrastructure team, and the broader structural group, Graeme’s passion for innovative technical design has made him a trusted leader and collaborator. He is also a dedicated mentor to junior engineers, driving team growth and development by leading staff resourcing, assigning and reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring accountability across the team.
