The building blends academic, social, and wellness spaces, including traditional classrooms and wet labs, flexible learning zones, student project rooms, and dedicated social and wellness spaces.

Instructional labs and classrooms are positioned on the ground floor to support hands-on, structured learning, while the upper level transitions into open collaboration zones and independent study areas.

In classroom and laboratory spaces, natural daylight reduces stress, while advanced technologies support learning at the leading edge.

Quieter spaces open to nature and invite natural light, allowing students to find moments of calm that restore focus and creativity.

Social spaces support collaborative learning, providing informal settings for idea exchange and case discussions.

The Team

Innovative materials and spatial planning not only minimize the building’s ecological footprint but create healthy, adaptable learning environments.

The envelope is optimized for natural light and energy efficiency, reducing reliance on artificial systems and demonstrating a commitment to environmental harmony.

The design employs an integrated approach where mechanical, electrical, and structural systems support long-term sustainability.

Clerestory lighting transforms office spaces into environments filled with clarity, calm and a sense of openness.

The project’s site allows students to engage with the natural landscape and creates a strong visual and experiential connection to nature.

Surrounded by open skies and working landscapes, the project immerses students in the very environment that defines their profession, empowering them to thrive, lead, and shape the industry.
